Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NormieStonks (the "Service"). By using it, you agree to them.

1. What NormieStonks is — and isn't

NormieStonks is a research and screening tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser. Everything on the Service — including AI-generated analysis, scores, and verdicts — is for informational and educational purposes only. Markets are risky and you can lose money. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Do your own research.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate anyone.

3. Plans and billing

We offer a free plan and paid subscriptions (currently Pro and Trader). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and automatically renew each month until you cancel. Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects you.

4. Cancellation — easy, any time

You can cancel whenever you want, in seconds: go to your account → Manage billing and cancel. No emails, no phone calls, no retention hoops. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. To avoid being charged for the next month, simply cancel before your renewal date.

5. Refund policy — all sales final

All payments are final and non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation:

• partial or unused portions of a billing period;
• forgetting to cancel before a renewal;
• not using the Service; and
• dissatisfaction with the Service.

Because cancellation is instant and self-serve (see section 4), you are always in control of whether you're charged for the next period. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be billed again.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data; don't reverse-engineer it; don't abuse it, disrupt it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and its branding are owned by NormieStonks. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service — nothing more.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NormieStonks is not liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
